The Process
Fabric Engineering
Yarn selection, weaving and pre-shrinking across Pearl, Ripstop, Honeycomb and High-Tech constructions — every GSM calibrated to spec.
Pattern & Cutting
Precision patterns graded across kids, female and adult size runs, then cut to minimize waste and maximize consistency.
Stitching & Reinforcement
Reinforced shoulders, chest, back and stress points with heavy-duty stitching and EVA foam collars built for the grind.
Finishing & Inspection
Pressing, label application and a final multi-point inspection before each garment is approved for export.

Fabric Engineering
We begin with the raw material — selecting yarns, engineering the weave and pre-shrinking the fabric. Our Pearl, Ripstop, Honeycomb and High-Tech constructions are calibrated to exact GSM targets, from 150 GSM lightweight cotton to 850 GSM heavyweight judo canvas.

Stitching & Reinforcement
Every garment is built to survive the grind. Reinforced shoulders, chest, back and armpit stress points are stitched with heavy-duty thread, EVA foam collars maintain structure, and a six-point loop system keeps the pants locked in place through every roll.

Inspection & Finishing
Before a garment earns the PJ Sports label it passes a multi-point inspection — seam strength, label placement, collar construction and dimensions checked against the approved sample. Only tournament-ready pieces are approved for export.
